Wright & Wagner Lofts – Building C

Honoring the location where a former 1907 dairy once operated, The Wright & Wagner Lofts Riverfront Building-C reflects Beloit’s blue-collar, industrial roots both inside and out. Through careful planning, forward-thinking, and an emphasis on safety, Corporate Contractors, Inc. (CCI) and their build-team successfully constructed the Lofts for Hendricks Commercial Properties. From the incorporation of precast columns, beams, decking, shafts, and exterior concrete wall panels to the masonry veneer and metal roofing, every detail reflects the city’s innovation and rich history. CCI not only aided in the design, value engineering, and logistics strategy of the riverfront site, they also lead the process of reviewing and selecting an all-precast concrete structural system vs. steel to allow for budget reductions and faster construction. In fact, the shell of the multi-story structure was completed in eight weeks. Further research also allowed for the installation of an innovative composite DELTABEAM® to allow for exposed ceilings. The captivating six-story, 108,240-square-foot brick-façade building features 83 units. Each apartment boasts luxurious features including stainless-steel appliances, Delta fixtures, quartz countertops, custom closet units, butcher-block islands and 76 exterior-hung balconies. There is a first-floor parking garage with storage as well as a dog park, outdoor mezzanine, and a self-serve market.
