It is located on a main thoroughfare for easy vehicle access and within walking distance of the thriving community surrounding the upscale Hilldale Mall, including other shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The 105,919-square-foot residential building has 72 units atop one level of underground parking with 68 parking stalls.
