The 2100 Urban Residence in Wauwatosa is a modern, sustainable, 97-unit, four-story structure built on a tight space on busy Mayfair Road. Zero onsite storage and property line challenges required an extra level of neighborhood outreach, scheduling, coordination and timely delivery. Altius Building Company employed cloud- and web-based software for monitoring and tracking RFI’s, submittals, daily logs, schedules and construction progress photos. A narrow alleyway provided the only access to the site. The $17 million facility received a green infrastructure grant from Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and LEED Certification of Gold.
