Sundara Inn & Spa, a world-class destination in Wisconsin Dells devoted to wellness, enhanced their current facilities with an expansion while maintaining a peaceful sanctuary for guests in the existing spaces, as business remained in operation. The expansion by Holtz Builders, Inc., added new treatment and relaxation rooms, a full-service restaurant, a salt therapy room, a demonstration space with a kitchen and a manicure/pedicure salon. Maintaining the quiet, peaceful oasis for guests was challenging and often required late starts and early end times. There were also 19 plan revisions to the addition, including a few that required completed work to be altered.
