Osceola Auto Body

In the fall of 2020, the owner contacted Derrick Building Solutions to help expand Osceola Auto Body. The owner had some plans and drawings as a result of meeting with some contractors, but many questions remained, including zoning issues. Derrick Building Solutions began helping the owner resolve issues even before a contract was signed. The addition included some much needed upgrades, including new employee breakroom, offices, parts department and storage areas. One of the major additions includes a scan center, which provides calibration to any vehicle that has sonar, radar, cameras, or other sensors for advanced safety features. In any auto body repair shop, the paint booth is the most utilized piece of equipment. Global Finishing Solutions, a world renown manufacturer of paint and spray booths, manufactured and installed a specialized double-wide booth with side loading. This aspect of the project required close coordination to be sure the building infrastructure was fit with the floor, electrical, and air handling equipment required for the high-tech booth. The project was successful in spite of supply chain delays.
