About the Project

The new McFarland State Bank is a 6,800 square foot structure with the most up-to-date banking technology, offices and conference room surrounded by frameless glass walls and doors. Both east and west sides of this very visible structure have large windows for natural light. The lower level has additional offices, an employee wellness room and staff lounge. One set back for the eight-month project was discovering the existing sanitary was higher than shown on the plan, which ended up being higher than the lower level floor. The challenge was adjusting plumbing drain lines, equipment and mechanicals to make room for a grinder pump.
