About the Project

The Holmen Cheese investors and stakeholders called on Wieser Brothers to help plan and build a new, state-of-the-art cheese processing facility. The 99,400-square-foot facility is made up of 40-foot precast wall panels and structural steel. Features include a 10,000-square-foot office and breakroom, conference room, employee locker rooms, test kitchen, food safety lab, research and development lab, prep room, shred room, dry storage, refrigerated storage, large mezzanine and covered delivery area. It was completed in 12 months within budget and with no lost workdays. With an extensive background in food processing and production plants, Wieser Brothers was able to provide the client with some innovative and efficient long-term food production flow. The end product was a market-changing building instrumental in the growth of Holmen Cheese. The project was completed in an impressive 12-month timeframe, within budget and with no lost workdays.
