Kraemer Brothers completed the four-story, 100 guest, Hampton Inn & Suites in Lake Delton in 10 months. The hotel is focused on the business traveler and is complete with pool, lounge, business center and fitness room. Extensive soil remediation was required after soil conditions turned out much worse than in the geotechnical report. Off-site panelized wall construction saved time and aided in consistency of quality. Another quality feature is the exterior sheathing with integral weather barrier, while more than $200,000 was saved through value engineering. It opened for business one week ahead of schedule.
