Forefront Dermatology Renovation at River Lofts

The 15,000 square foot first floor renovation of the historic O. Torrison & Co. building in Manitowoc was a fast-tracked project to keep the original building in tact while incorporating modern technology and finishes. The upper floors were renovated into luxury condos ten years earlier, but the ground floor was left unfinished. Forefront Dermatology needed about 100 workstations quickly. A.C.E. Building Service assembled a team of professionals to meet demands of an aggressive schedule and stay within budget. Years of settlement and deterioration made the project complex. In some locations, structural steel, columns and helical piers were used for structural integrity.
