The First National Bank of River Falls was a $2.8 million total renovation and expansion project for a total impact on 32,800 square foot. It was successfully completed under budget using value engineering. The bank was fully operational during the four-phase project, while customers and employees had to be kept safe. As a result, much of the work needed to be performed after normal banking hours. Improvements required complex work on existing architecture and unforeseen challenges associated with a 50-year old building. It features new flooring, wall coverings, ceiling treatments, an elevator, new HVAC, electrical, LED lighting, fire suppression system and other modern finishes.
