Keller focused intensely on designs and renderings with the owner, followed by extensive finishes meetings, to deliver this barn dominium project with numerous features. To name a few, this residence includes a basement game room and wine cellar, fully enclosed three-season porch, four interior fireplaces, fitness room, three bedroom suites, deck with view of lake and outdoor fireplace, and 5,500-square-feet of toy storage in addition to the two-car garage. Use of structural insulated panels was a project focus not only for their function, but also to showcase efficiency of using “modular” building material elements in lieu of more traditional method of framing roof structure onsite (trusses, sheathing, etc.). The focus was to reduce labor required and showcase efficiency. Keller worked seamlessly with our trade partners to address design tweaks requested during the construction phase to deliver this project within the deadline established by the owner.
