Fairway Independent Mortgage’s new 96,000-square-foot office isn’t the typical office building. Features include innovative offices and conference rooms, fitness center, collaborative workspaces, break room with a pool table, outdoor patio, onsite massage therapy, and a pub with fireplace. No detail was overlooked, from timber beams to real mesquite hardwood floors and beautiful stone accents. This project by Kraemer Brothers was also a pioneering example when it comes to sustainable efforts in design and construction.
