DeLeers Construction worked closely with the designers on this 4,100 square foot veterinary clinic to create an efficient workflow for the owner to serve his clients while also staying within budget. The building is a wood-framed structure featuring cedar siding, stone veneer, and decorative board-formed concrete columns. The boards are formed using sandblasted plywood for an exciting detail that fits easily within the budget. It has a standing seam metal roof with three cantilevered prow gable ends. The interior has an open reception area with floating concrete benches. A special air filtration system was installed to remove animal hair, dust and allergens.
