This fast-track design-build project was conceived, designed, engineered, permitted, built, and certified for occupancy in just 12 months. Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., successfully managed process integration, budget and design, and meticulously managed project subcontractors through a compressed schedule for an on-time, on-budget completion. To trim a whopping $10 million, Consolidated Construction carefully evaluated every piece of the project throughout every division of work. Engineering was complex and included wastewater, process and refrigeration planning with Wisconsin- and Missouri-based engineers working together for the first time.
